Spa City Softwash's First Week of the Season: The winter that wasn’t
Depending on your preference, that Winter was either disappointing or the best we’ve ever had! We enjoy a snowy winter around here so our local ski resorts and Winter tourism towns can support their businesses and families. However, getting a jumpstart our 2024 Spring Cleaning has been very nice! Spa City Softwash has been washing for over a week now and we are thrilled to kick off another season full of clean outdoor spaces ready to host all the joys of Summer. Barbecues, bonfires, graduation parties, and Independence Day parties are right around the corner! Here are some highlights from our first week back in action:
1. Home Revitalizations:
We started the season strong with several house washes across Saratoga County. Most clients utilized our package pricing to take care of everything all at once for a discounted rate. These homeowners got a clean house, fresh sidewalks, and clean decks and patios to start bringing their furniture back out of their garages and sheds. Our team worked diligently to remove dirt, grime, and mold, leaving their homes looking fresh and clean.
2. Satisfied Customers:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we're proud to roll out our first season using our Client Hub to streamline the experience for our customers, and they were thrilled with the results. Client Hub is an online homepoint for your exterior cleaning projects. Through Client Hub you can request estimates, pay invoices, review photos taken by our team members of your project, and refer friends and family for rewards. We’re dedicated to bring home services into the 21st Century with cutting-edge technology and instant service.
3. Community Impact:
At Spa City Softwash, we believe in giving back to the community. That's why we're proud to announce our Softwash for a Hero program, offering complimentary house washing services to selected families of local servicemen and police.
